Never have been, probably never will be. Of course, growing up in the middle of nowhere helps. We couldn't shop at any big name places if we wanted to. In Crawford, there are only little stores--alot like downtown Kearney. The day after Thanksgiving we spent with mom, decorating the inside of the house and hanging up Christmas lights outside. Many times, we went Christmas Tree hunting in the Pine Ridge. I would much rather be doing these things than fighting crowds anywhere...too many people...too many attitudes...too much money I could be doing better things with getting spent. Not a fan.
